සින්ඩියේ තියෙන ලිපි බලනකොට මම ගොඩක් නිරීක්ෂණය කරපු දෙයක් තමයි සමහරු සිංහල ටයිප් කිරීමේදී ගොඩක් අක්ෂර දෝෂ කරනවා. ව්යාකරණ දෝෂ නෙමෙයි, ඒ ගැන කියන්න මම දන්නෙත් නෑ, මම දන්න ව්යාකරණයක් නැති නිසා. මේ නිසා මට හිතුනා ඔය නිතර වරද්දන සමහර අකුරු ගහන විදිය පොඩ්ඩක් කිව්වොත් හොඳයි කියලා, විජේසේකර යතුරු පුවරුවෙන් වගේම සිංග්ලිෂ් කන්වර්ටරෙනුත්.
මුලින්ම කියන්නම් මමත් පාවිච්චි කරන විජේසේකර යතුරු පුවරුවෙන් ගහන විදිය. ඊට පස්සෙ කියන්නම් සිංග්ලිෂ් එකෙන් ගහන විදිය. විජේසේකර එකෙන් ගහන විදිය ලියද්දී A – B කියලා ලියල තියෙන්නේ මුලින් කීබෝඩ් එකේ A අකුර ඇති කී එක ගහලා පසුව B අකුර ඇති කී එක ගහන්න කියන එකයි. Shift, Alt යතුරු සමග එබිය යුතු අවස්ථාවල Shift+a ආදී ලෙස ලියා ඇති.
රැ – රු දෙක ගොඩක් දෙනා වරද්දනවා. ‘රැකියාව’ කියන වචනෙදි එන්නේ රැ අකුරනේ. ඒක ගහන්නේ R - E. ‘රුව’ කියන වචනෙදි එන අකුර තමයි ‘රු’ ඒක ගහන්නේ R – Q. ‘රෑ තාරකාව’ වචනයෙදි එන ‘රෑ’ ගහන්නේ R – Shift+E. ‘රූපය’ වචනෙදී එන ‘රූ’ අකුර ගහන්නේ R – Shift+Q ලෙස.
බිංදුව අකුර වෙනුවට ගොඩක් දෙනා 0 ඉලක්කම ගහනවා මම දැකලා තියෙනවා. මෙහෙම කරන්න අවශ්ය නෑ විතරක් නෙමෙයි ඒක වැරදියි. බිංදුව තියෙනවා X යතුරේ. මතකද ඉස්සර බිංදුව ලිව්වා මේ විදියට? ‘ලඞකාව’ ? ඒ බිංදුව ගහන්න ඕනෙ නම් Shift+X ඔබන්න.
‘පුඃ’ කියලා කියනවා නේද අපි සමහර වෙලාවට :D ඒකෙදී යෙදෙන බිංදු දෙක ගහන්නේ Alt Gr + X එබීමෙන්. මේ Alt Gr කියන්නේ යතුරු පුවරුවේ දකුණුපස ඇති Alt යතුර. මතක තබාගන්න ඕනේ මේක වම් Alt යතුර සමග හරියන්නේ නැති බව.
‘ඖෂධ’ වචනෙදී ඔ අකුරට දාලා තියෙන පිල්ල තියෙන්නේ Shift+A වල. ඒ කියන්නේ ‘ඖ’ කියලා ටයිප් කරන්න නම් Shift+T – Shift+A ගහන්න ඕනේ. ඒ වගේම ‘ව්යාකරණ’ කියන වචනයෙ තියෙන යංසය ගහන්නේ Shift+H මගින්. ‘ව්ය’ ලියන්න නම් J – Shift+H එබිය යුතුයි.
‘ප්රවීන්’ කියලා ලියනකොට ප අකුරට රකාරංශය යොදනවනේ. මේක ගහන්නේ කීබෝඩ් එකේ Esc යතුරට යටින් තියෙන `/~ සංකේත අඩංගු යතුරෙන්. ‘ප්ර’ ගහන්න නම් M – ` එබුවනම් හරි.
‘ඍතුව’ කියන වචනය දන්නවා නේද? නැත්තම් ‘ඍෂිවරයා’? බැලූබැලුමට පේන්නේ මේ ස අකුර වගේ නේද? නමුත් මේ ස නෙමෙයි. මේ අකුර ගන්න පුලුවන් Shift+R යෙදීමෙන්.
‘කොණ්ඩඤ්ඤ’ කියලා ලියද්ද එන ‘ඤ’ අකුර තියෙන්නෙ [ යතුරේ. ‘ප්රඥාව’ කියලා ලියන්න ඕනෙවෙන ‘ඥ’ අකුර ගන්න නම් Shift+[ ඔබන්න. ඒ වගේම ‘කඳ’ කියලා ලියන්න ඕනෙවෙන ‘ඳ’ අකුර ගන්න පුලුවන් Alt Gr+O එබීමෙන්. ‘ගඟ’ ලියන්න ‘ඟ’ ගන්න පුලුවන් Alt Gr+> යතුරෙන්. ‘හඬ’ සඳහා ‘ඬ’ ගන්න Alt Gr+V මගින්.
දෙයක් පිලිස්සුවාම ලැබෙන ජාතිය ‘අලු’ කියලත් ලියන්න පුලුවන්, නැත්තම් ‘අළු’ කියලත් පුලුවන්. මෙන්න මේ දෙවැනි ළු අකුර ලියන්න නම් ‘ළ’ අකුරට පාපිල්ල යොදන්න ඕනේ. ඒ කියන්නේ Shift+< – Q ආකාරයට.
‘අඹ’ කියලා ලියන්න අවශ්ය වෙන ඹ අකුර ගන්න නම් Shift+U ඔබන්න කියලා කියන්න ඕනෙද? :)

We are doing all that with Sinhala Unicode with out your solution, MS SQL, MySQL even Oracal now support Sinhala Unicode with out an issue.
you can see MAC and iPhone support in few months :P

Can you explain the difference between your stranded and the UNICODE
In my proposal I have published all sinhala characters and given values to all of them and it is a public document. Any corrections or additions can be done. Limit is 64,000 per page For all indic languages we need about 50 to 60 pages or panels. This will accormodate over 3 million two byte characters.
In unicode data base only few restricted sinhala characters are registered. Balance sinhala is not published in the unicode data base.
This is kept in a private area.
You need uniscribe unicode script module to see sinhala characters
When this module is not working you get garbage sinhala
Since all characters have values published my system is accessible to public.
This is the basic differenace
Sinhala works on any Sinhala enabled phone such as Nokia.

There is no FEP (front end processing system) for sinhala Language.Also only when all sinhala characters are recognized and registered in the SLSI.

I still can’t understand the reason you don’t give up on this so called ‘your solution’. to start with as you have explained, it is not a solution. it’s merely a proposal. isn’t it. let me explain this in a way that any dumb idiot can understand. so you can’t say “i misunderstood” later.
even my 14 year old cousin knows that software development is a ‘life cycle’. hope you do as well. you have analyze the existing Unicode system and came up with a design to overcome the bugs you have recognized in your analysis. you are yet to do the coding and the well known hardest part ‘testing’. so it is pretty accurate to say you are not even half way through to call your proposal a ‘solution’. being in that stage how the hell can you call this a ‘perfect solution’? i have have this fair suspicion “have you ever done any sort of programming at all”? i mean anything other than a “hello world”?

ප්රතිචාර නොදැක්වීමට සිටියත් මේකටනම් ප්රතිචාර නොදක්වා සිටියම නොහැක. සිංහල කියවීමටවත් හරියට නොදන්න අයෙක් සිංහල වල වැරදි කියල දෙන්න හදන අන්දම දැක්කම දෙකොනින් සිනා නොයන්නේ කාටද? මේ පුද්ගලයා මෙම වීඩයෝ පටයේ ශ්රීශානු යන්න වැරදියටයි උච්චාරණය කරන්නේ ශ්රීශානු යන්න ශ්රියානු ලෙසයි කියවන්නේ. :D හික්.
